Joe Swick! What more do you need to know? Ok, fine, Joe makes “Pacific Northwest-inspired wines crafted by intuition”. What does that mean? It means that Joe has been making wine for about a decade and a half, so he kind of knows what he’s doing. It’s not about techniques and test tubes, it’s about simply-made wines that reflect a time and a place and all the myriad influences of a vintage. But that’s just what we think.
