Product description
- Tenth generation vigneron Fabien Cazé isolated 2.66 hectares of his family’s holdings for his own small and ambitious project under the label Champgne Cazé-Thibaut.
- With a hands-on approach in the vineyards (certified organic since 2018), and a hands-off approach in his underground cave (slow and cold native yeast fermentations), Fabien is producing precise, terroir-transparent wines from the villages of Châtillon-sur-Marne and Vandières on the western side of the Vallée de la Marne.
