Product description
1/3 each Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay from average of 25-year-old vines, fermented in stainless steel and enamel vats. After the addition of a liqueur de tirage the wine rests on its lees for twenty months before disgorging.
Dumangin J. Fils has been growing grapes and making Champagne for over 130 years in Montagne des Reims, for the past two decades under the leadership of Gilles Dumangin. Gilles is also a leading producer of Ratafia de Champagne, a fortified apéritif wine in a similar category as Lillet or Pineau des Charentes.
