Two spontaneously fermented ciders aged on cherries & strawberries and red wine skins (Maréchal Foch) for an extra month of skin contact. Zero sugar. Wild fermented. Vegan. Dry, tart, straws & cherries. 6.1%abv.

Wild fermented, zero added sugar, vegan. Waves is a cider with red + blue plums, blended with a young Montmorency cherry cider. Crushable, 5.7% ABV
