Grenache & syrah from a tiny organically farmed plot in Sabran (close to Bagnols). Fermented in stainless, it's all crunchy red fruit, cranberries, garrigue, and energy. Winemaker is Sicilian, former chemical engineer, now low-fi wine maker.
100% Chenin Blanc, farmed without chemicals, fermented with native yeast and low SO2. Fresh and exotic, with notes of white flowers, honey, and lemon peel.
This zesty sparkling Chenin is from 40 year old vines, fermented and aged in 9 & 10 year old barrels with a dosage of just 3g/L. On the nose it’s tropical fruit and lemon cream. On the palate there’s candied lime, chalky minerality, and a creamy finish.
