Dancing Crow Vineyards Lake County Chardonnay 2022

Dancing Crow is a fourth generation, family-owned and operated winery specializing in sustainably
grown, French-style wines. The unique combination of volcanic soil, high-elevation vineyards, and
mountain-grown fruit allows for a more delicate alternative to the traditionally bolder wines of Napa
Valley.

This is 100% Chardonnay from 30-year-old, certified organic vines planted at 1350ft above sea level;
it’s one of the coldest sites in Lake County. 2/3 of the fruit was fermented in stainless steel tanks and
the remaining 1/3 was barrel fermented in neutral oak. This is a lively, expressive chardonnay with
