Domaine Dupeuble Beaujolais 2023 750mL

This 100 hectare estate in southern Beaujolais has been running almost continuously since the year 1512, and has only changed ownership once in that time. The vineyards sit primarily upon granite-based soil & are tended organically. The yields are extremely low due to the 60-100 year old vines and the use of pruning and green harvesting. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified completely without SO2. The wine is unfiltered, un-chaptalized, and only natural yeasts are used in the fermentation process, which takes place in cement and stainless steel.
