La Chapiniere Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Florence Veilex, a mathematician from Paris, purchased this property with her husband in 2003. Prior to then, it had been in the same family for three generations. The estate today covers 25 hectares on a clay and flint plateau on the southern bank of the Cher River. In addition to Sauvignon Blanc, they also grow Chardonnay, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. They are members of Terra Vitis, and so strive create a healthy, diverse ecosystems.
