Product description
Production here is tiny, just 840 cases annually, and only recently available outside of the Piedmont area. Gatti tends to the oldest plot of Ruché, Maioli, planted in 1972.
Grignolino is a light, high acid red that's consumed young as the locals wait for Barbera and Nebbiolo to age. It's a glass of fresh flowers & red berries, with a pleasant touch of tannins. Put a chill on it.
