Product description
Eden Valley is a wine region abutting south Australia's Barossa Valley. It is known for its high-elevation vineyards and long-lived, dry Rieslings as well as its graceful Shiraz.
The first vintage of this wine was produced in 1964 and it hasn't changed much since. The vineyard is planted at 1500 feet on clay/loam soils. Faming is organic and fermentation is in stainless steel with native yeast. The wine doesn't undergo malo, and it is bottled unfiltered.
