Graziano Prà started his winery on the hills of Veneto’s Monteforte d'Alpone zone in 1983. His vines are 30-60 years old, planted on volcanic soil, and farmed organically. All harvesting is by hand, and fermentation and aging are in stainless steel. This Soave Classico is 100% Garganega, a late-ripening white grape of the Veneto region in north east Italy, and the main grape of Soave. It has a thick skin that helps protect it against the autumn mists that rise up from the northern part of the Po Valley. Prà is one of the top producers in Soave, making beautiful wines that are reflections of the terroir.
