Organically farmed Gamay from old vines planted on granite.

Organic Gamay vinified whole cluster with carbonic maceration. Fruit forward, full of raspberries, cherries, and other red berries, along with crackling minerality, earthy pepper notes, and fresh & zesty acidity.

A single barrel of Pinot Noir, aged 12 months. A touch of smoke & vanilla on the nose; cherries, earth, and baking spices on the palate. Slightly creamy texture, with a long and lively finish accented by cocoa & barely there tannins.

Biodynamic Pinot Noir, Poulsard, & Trousseau.

90/10 Merlot/Cab Franc. 40 year old vines. Hand-harvested, vinified in cement, raised in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, for twelve to fifteen months. Balanced, nuanced, silky tannins.

Certified organic. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot.

Estate dates to the 16th century. This Grenache forward /Syrah blend is ripe, fruity, & smooth with black plums, violets, & a touch of earthy/spicy pepper. Just the right amount of tannic grip on the finish.

100% Merlot mostly from an old plot of over 100 year-old vines. Blended in an underground glass-lined tank followed by 12 months in barrel. Soft ripe fruit, structured, balanced–crowd-pleaser.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, hand-harvested, fermented with native yeast in wooden vats, then aged in wood for 12 months. Bold, dry, earthy.

Organic, 45+ year old Merlot vines from 3.5ha plot. One year in 2 & 3 year old French barriques. Smooth, balanced, approachable, food-friendly.
