Organic Gamay. Fresh, bright, minerally with notes of cherry, raspberry, and a touch of spice on the finish. It's an easy sipper that will complement the meal without overpowering it. Shows best with a slight chill.

Old-vine Carignan & Grenache, without added SO2. Carbonic in cement vat, indigenous yeast, unfiltered. Deep purple, nose of violets & red fruits. Fruity & round on the palate w/hints of plums & licorice. Tannins are fine & smooth. Organic.

Dark fruit, brambly, expressive Beaujolais. Practicing biodynamic.

Hand-harvested, sustainably farmed Gamay, fermented semi-carbonic in stainless. Concentrated red-fruit, ripe cherries leap out of the glass, stony/earthy minerality adds structure & depth. Long, smooth finish.
