French White

Sustainably farmed vines grown on Kimmeridgien soil of chalk, permeable clay, and ancient marine fossils. Stainless-steel fermentation, full malo. Full-bodied, tropical fruit, creamy w/salty minerality on the finish. Assistant winemaker is Patrick Piuze.

Low-to-no sulfur grenache blanc / vermentino / roussanne. Orchard fruit, pear, and elder flower on the nose lead to more orchard fruit on the palate mingling with fine acidity. Mouthfeel is slightly rounded, finish is long.

Clean, lean, and delicate, with citrus, green grass, touch of garden herbs...

Ripe green apple, citrus, delicate white fruit, crisp acidity. No oak. Food-friendly & versatile.

Biodynamic. From vines 25-60 years old. Precise, elegant, lemon, white fruit, and salty-minerality.

Chichée is on a plateau near the 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Vinified and aged in tank. Very mineral with bright grapefruit.
