French White

Low-to-no sulfur grenache blanc / vermentino / roussanne. Orchard fruit, pear, and elder flower on the nose lead to more orchard fruit on the palate mingling with fine acidity. Mouthfeel is slightly rounded, finish is long.

Biodynamic. From vines 25-60 years old. Precise, elegant, lemon, white fruit, and salty-minerality.

Village level Chablis from 70+ year old vines on a parcel situated between two great Premier Cru sites: Montmais & Vaillons.

From an old Aligoté plot in Saint-Bris, planted in 1953. Fermented and aged 50% in barrel 50% in tank.

100% Chardonnay. Vibrant acidity, white flowers, golden apple, wet stone, and lemon.

Chichée is on a plateau near the 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Vinified and aged in tank. Very mineral with bright grapefruit.
