Sylvaner sourced from parcels on solid sandstone. Generous fruit, structured, complex. mineral-driven. Biodynamic, wild yeast, unfiltered, low SO2.

The "Muschelkalk" is sourced from parcels on solid limestone; it's mineral-laden, lively, and saturated, with citrus, green-herb, and floral notes.

The entry level Chardonnay from loess soil from plots south of Staufen and the Kaiserstuhl. Pressed as whole cluster and fermented in used barrels from different size. Aged for one year in barrel and another half year in stainless steel on the full lees.
