Late picked Assyrtiko from Megalochori, 12 hours on skins. Rich, powerful, but fresh. Aged one year in old French oak; sweet, honeyed, ripe. 15% abv but holds it well. Age-worthy. Pair w/grilled meat, cheese plates.
