Eugenio Gatti is the seventh-generation viticulturist to tend to this estate nestled within the original castle of Castagnole Monferrato. The castle was constructed in the 11th century and retrofitted to serve as a cellar in the 1400s.

From 15 year old vines grown in the Contrada San Nicola vineyard. An elegant yet crushable wine full of juicy red fruit.

Organic, on skins for 7 days in stainless, aged in cement. From 1.5ha grown on sand, limestone, clay. 50% 20 yrs old/50% over 50 yrs old. Apricots, oranges, pretty, delicate. 11% abv.
