Late harvest Assyrtiko (white grape) aged 1 year in French oak barrels. Big, chewy, leesy, rich, & ripe. Aromas of stone fruit and lemon. Have with grilled meats and cheese plates, and shellfish, like you would with a fino sherry.
Late picked Assyrtiko from Megalochori, 12 hours on skins. Rich, powerful, but fresh. Aged one year in old French oak; sweet, honeyed, ripe. 15% abv but holds it well. Age-worthy. Pair w/grilled meat, cheese plates.
This still Elbling is brisk, bright, minerally, citrus & acid-driven. Pairs well with salty and fatty, and makes for a great cheese fondue wine. Organic.
