A single barrel of Pinot Noir, aged 12 months. A touch of smoke & vanilla on the nose; cherries, earth, and baking spices on the palate. Slightly creamy texture, with a long and lively finish accented by cocoa & barely there tannins.

This is a blend of 60% Macabeu which contributes light, floral notes and acidity, and 40% Garnatxa Blanca that adds lemony fruit, salinity, and characteristic texture, along with yellow apple and zesty, savory minerality on the finish.

Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and probably some other things. Biodynamic, unfiltered, lots of citrus, stone fruit, honey, & delicate dried flowers.

Biodynamic blend of Spätburgunder, Dornfelder, & Portugeiser from Remstal, Germany. 40-60 year old vines. Unfiltered, unfined, low SO2. Herbal, earthy, wild strawberry, silky tannins.

Organic, estate-grown, Stellenbosch Cabernet Franc. Full-bodied, earthy, savory, dark fruit, lively & balanced acidity, soft and smooth finish.

Organic, estate-grown, Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. Big, full-bodied, dark chocolate, plums, cassis, fennel, and a smooth, silky finish.

This soft and floral Petit Verdot evokes violets blooming from damp earth. It’s balanced and structured, with beautifully intertwined tannins that create a lovely, supple texture.
