Organic, dry (sugar less than 2g/L) Prosecco from 100% Glera grown at the foot of the Dolomites. Delicate flowers, pears, crisp green apple. Have as aperitif, with sushi, fresh veggies and mild cheeses. Etc.

Hand-harvested, estate grown Barbera from 35+ year old vines, tank fermented. Sweet & sour cherries, wild strawberries, all around fresh and fizzy fun.

Dry-farmed, low-yielding, organic Lambrusco. Medium-bodied with red berry aromas, coffee, and cocoa. Dry, but ripe fruit lends a touch of sweetness.
