Orchard fruit, rounded texture, touch of toast, and lemon. Balanced and approachable. Equal parts Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, & Chardonnay. Addition of 33% reserve wine adds depth & richness.

Organic /biodynamic grower Champagne, 65% pinot noir and 35% chardonnay from both Premier and Grand Cru fruit across Bouzy, Ambonnay, Louvois and Tauxieres.

100% Chardonnay vinified & aged entirely in 4-20 year old Burgundy barrels, adding an oxidative note similar to fine white Burgundy. Disgorged after 3-5 years on the lees, with no added sulfur. Organic.

Single vineyard Chardonnay from 40+ year old vines planted in chalk & clay, aged in new & old barrels for 12 to 24 months, then held in bottle for 1 to 5 years until it's disgorged. Fine, mineral-driven, lemon sparks, & salty stones...Organic. NV Solera.
