75% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne, and 25% Chardonnay from Tauxières. It’s full-bodied and leesy, with apples, pears, a touch of kirsch, and a beautiful fine-beaded texture.
Very aromatic, with notes of almond, lemon curd, subtle sweet oak. On the palate it's balanced & energetic with tropical fruit, white pepper, toast. Precise, elegant finish.

100% Chardonnay vinified & aged entirely in 4-20 year old Burgundy barrels, adding an oxidative note similar to fine white Burgundy. Disgorged after 3-5 years on the lees, with no added sulfur. Organic.
