Cantine Marilina Fedelie White Pet-Nat: two sisters making wine in Sicily. Certified organic, 100% Moscato (dry), made in the méthode ancestrale with vinification in concrete then 6 months in bottle on fine lees. Floral, honeyed, orange blossoms and peaches, but dry and mineral-driven. 

Sommer Handwerk Sauvignon Blanc: natural Austrian white from Burgenland, on the western shores of the Neusiedlersee, made in a slightly wilder style, fermented in open foudres and aged in a mixture of barrels and concrete eggs. Medium-bodied with delicate notes of chalk and lime, silky and silty *almost* tannins. 

Catch & Release Lover Girl Pinot Gris: biodynamic orange wine from Anderson Valley, fermented on the skins for 20 days in stainless steel followed by 8 months in neutral french oak. Honey-roasted nuts, ripe pear, sunny, polished, and a fun bottle all around. 

Domaine 5WY Arbois Rouge: translucent, linear, spicy and light Jura red blend of Poulsard and Trousseau.

La Kiuva: 70% Picotendro (local Nebbiolo clone), 30% balance of Gros Vien, Neyret, Cornalin and Fumin. Small Valle d'Aosta cooperative at the border of France and Switzerland. High-elevation vineyards planted on steep slopes; all work done by hand. Spicy, brisk, ripe cherries, delicious. 

Las Pedreras: 100% Garnacha from seven organically-farmed, 70-year-old vineyards, planted between 900 and 1170 meters altitude on granitic sandy soils fermented separately with native yeasts, some with a few whole clusters, others entirely de-stemmed, then pressed and aged for eight months in used french barrels and stainless steel tanks of various sizes. The perfect expression of freshness, depth, and elegance that is Gredos.
