31% Montepulciano, 31% Pinot Gris, 30% Gewurztraminer, 4% Mourvedre, and 4% Syrah. The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration. The Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris are skin fermented for two weeks. The Syrah and Mourvedre are co-fermented and aged in neutral oak for seven months, then it is infused with steam-distilled organic Rose Geranium. Bottled with a Champagne starter for a bit of sparkle.
